in this video we are going to see how to texture a road using 3ds max 2016 we are going to try keeping things simple low caust and use as less textures as possible m selecting polygones so we can give them deferent materiel id the texture is from cgtexture.com m using mentalray activeshade render mode its new in max 2015 and 2016 allways keep your ayes on some references it help alot m using the same texture for bump and reflection as its a grey scale one we are going to try giving our bordures the same look as in the photo every color nomber match a materiel id #1=id1, #2=id2….. m using composite to bling the two maps just trying deferent blinding modes intel you get what you want as i said m using as less texture as i can to keep render time lower same methode for blinding maps and think you for watching plz like and leave a comment and dont forget to subscribe for more videos
